Bridge Our Youth helps homeless and at-risk young adults ages 18–20 rebuild their lives through shared housing, structure, mentorship, fitness, career development, and community service.
"We believe structure, accountability, mentorship, and community can change that trajectory."
MANY YOUNG ADULTS AGE OUT
WITH NOWHERE TO GO.
Every year, young adults leave unstable homes, foster care, shelters, and difficult environments without the support needed to survive independently. Many face homelessness, violence, unemployment, depression, and hopelessness.
Drug abuse, physical, and emotional abuse victims find themselves alone at the exact moment they need the most support — just as they turn adults.
"You want to rebuild your confidence, your situation, your way of thinking, problem-solving, and learn to be firm, healthy, and patient. You are in the right place."
Housing Instability
Youth exiting foster care and unstable environments often have no safety net for housing, leaving them exposed to exploitation and danger.
Violence & Substance Abuse
Without structured support, young adults are significantly more vulnerable to violence, abuse, and drug dependency.
Unemployment & Poverty
A lack of career guidance and financial education keeps young adults trapped in cycles of poverty and unemployment.
Mental Health & Hopelessness
Depression and hopelessness are epidemic among youth who have been failed by systems meant to protect them.
Our comprehensive approach provides the structure, accountability, and resources young adults need to transform their lives — one day, one skill, one breakthrough at a time.
Months of structured support to rebuild a life, develop skills, and step into independence.
Every young adult who walks through our doors deserves a real shot at independence. Here's what that commitment looks like in numbers.
We believe that giving back is one of the most powerful tools for personal transformation. Our residents don't just receive help — they learn to be the help.
