The way I work brings together therapy, coaching and gentle body-based approaches to help you understand what's really going on beneath the surface.
I don't offer one-off sessions to new clients, because this work needs time, trust and emotional safety. It's important the work feels held rather than rushed.
You are not broken. Many of the patterns you feel stuck in began as protection — your system doing its best with what it had.
Your reactions make sense when you understand the wounds underneath them. Nothing about you is random or beyond understanding.
The truest version of you hasn't disappeared. She may just be buried beneath years of coping, pleasing and protecting.
This work is about finding her again — gently, honestly, together. No pressure, no rushing, no forcing yourself to go somewhere before you are ready.
You might come because you feel stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, resentful, restless, or caught in the same patterns again and again.
This work isn't about forcing change or trying to "fix" you. It's about helping you understand the parts of you that have been protecting you, supporting your nervous system, and helping you move forward in a way that feels safe, steady and true to you.

The way I work brings together therapy, coaching and gentle body-based approaches to help you understand what's really going on beneath the surface.
You might come because you feel stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, resentful, restless, or caught in the same patterns again and again.
We start with what is showing up now, then gently explore what it may be connected to.
This work isn't about forcing change or trying to "fix" you. It's about helping you understand the parts of you that have been protecting you, supporting your nervous system, and helping you move forward in a way that feels safe, steady and true to you.
Internal Family Systems, often known as IFS, is a gentle but powerful way of working with the different parts of yourself.
The part that overthinks. The part that people-pleases. The part that shuts down. The part that keeps busy. The part that feels angry. The part that carries shame. The part that still feels hurt, scared, rejected, or not enough.
In IFS, we don't shame these parts or try to push them away. We get curious about them. We explore why they are there, what they are protecting, and what they need now.
This can be helpful if you feel like part of you wants one thing, while another part of you pulls in the opposite direction. It can also support people who feel stuck in emotional triggers, family dynamics, relationship patterns, self-doubt, people-pleasing or inner criticism.
IFS helps you build a more compassionate relationship with yourself, so you can stop battling your inner world and begin listening to it.
Coaching is for the part of you that is ready to understand yourself more deeply and move forward with more clarity.
It can help you explore who you are now, what you want, what keeps getting in the way, and what needs to shift so you can make choices from a place of self-trust rather than fear, guilt, pressure or old conditioning.
This isn't surface-level goal setting.
We may look at your values, patterns, relationships, boundaries, self-worth, confidence, purpose, and the roles you have learnt to play in life.
Coaching can be especially helpful if you are at a turning point, feeling stuck, questioning who you are, or ready to stop living from old survival patterns.
I am trained in Paseda360, a transformational coaching approach that helps people understand the patterns, beliefs and protective strategies that shape how they see themselves and move through the world.
Havening is a gentle, body-based technique that uses soothing touch, attention and guided support to help calm the nervous system.
It can be helpful when emotions feel intense, when the body feels activated, or when talking alone doesn't feel like enough.
Some people find Havening helpful for easing stress, overwhelm, anxious feelings, emotional triggers, or the physical sensations that can come with difficult memories or experiences.
The aim is not to force anything or relive anything in a harsh way. It's about helping your system feel safer, calmer and more settled, so you can begin to respond from a steadier place.
Havening can be used as part of a wider session, or as a supportive tool when something feels particularly activated.
Limited Light Therapy offers a calm, supportive addition to deeper emotional and nervous system work.
It can be used as part of a session to create a sense of grounding, stillness and gentle regulation.
This isn't about making big promises or treating it as a magic cure. It's simply another supportive tool that may help you slow down, settle your system, and reconnect with yourself in a quieter, more present way.
Where appropriate, we can include it alongside IFS, coaching or Havening, depending on what feels right for you and what your system needs on the day.
You may come feeling completely unsure and just know that something needs to change. That's okay. We can begin with a discovery call, talk through what is going on for you, and decide together what kind of support may be the best fit.
